To Access School Board Policies:

  • Go to Board of Education on the District page

  • Select View Board Policies and Meeting Agendas

  • In the upper right corner, select Policies
  • Search keywords in the upper left corner

Using the Website Search Function:

  • From any website page, click the magnifying glass in the upper right next to the school's name
  • Type in your search term and press the Enter key
  • Select the most relevant from the results list
  • Please note- the search function will guide you to the correct page, but you will have to scan for the information

Finding School Policies, Procedures, and Handbook:

  • To view your school's handbook, go to their website

  • Select About Us
  • Scroll down to Handbooks
  • Select the Handbook you wish to view
  • Handbooks have information about dress code, schedules, emergency procedures, fees, staff, cell phones, cheating/plagiarism, homework and more.

Utilizing Calendars:

  • To view the calendar for a school or on the district site, click the Calendar icon in the middle of the homepage
  • Using the icons in the upper right corner of the calendar, you can select to Print, Filter, Add Calendar to your cell phone calendar, or Subscribe to email alerts (for staff Only). 
    • Follow these directions to add the calendar to your cell phone's calendar app.
    • For staff to receive email reminders:
      • Click the orange bell icon in the upper right corner.
      • Log in via the pop up window using your full district email address and click Next.
      • Close pop up window once you have logged in.
      • Click the orange bell icon again. 
      • Select the Wellness Calendar.
      • Set Alert Settings. 
  • If you are looking for information regarding school-specific activities (homecoming, dances, parent/teacher conferences, etc.) please check the school's calendar. If the information you are looking for is not listed, please call the school's main office.

Bell Schedules:

  • Bell schedules for each school can be found on the school's website under About Us.

Learning Tools:

  • Canvas is used by secondary grades and some elementary grades as the learning platform for assignments and classroom materials.
  • Google Classroom is ud by elementary grades as the learning platform for assignments and classroom materials.
  • Clever is the log in portal for educational tools such as Acadience, Nearpod, Savvas, Sora, Beanstack, Imagine Learning, Lexia, Renaissance (DNA / Illuminate) and more. Log in to Clever to view all apps. 

Scholarships:

  • To view scholarship opportunities, go to your school's website under Counseling.

Employment, Salary Schedules, and Work Calendars:

  • Visit the district website under Human Resources.
